Aerial Hoop also known as Lyra is a circular piece of steel apparatus, suspended from the ceiling, on which aerialists can spin, swing & demonstrate skills of great flexibility in the hoop.
Aerial Hoop is an extremely fun activity ! It is a full body workout that will help you build strength in you arms, shoulders and upper body. Starting at basic strengthening exercises and beginner poses you will learn how to move your body around the hoop with different techniques and create beautiful shapes.
Our classes are professionally designed to improve student’s strength and flexibility, enabling them to make noticeable progress every lesson. We offer hoop classes from beginner to advance level.
